What you can count on

No shortcuts. No surprises.

A flooring failure is never just a flooring problem — it lands on your name. These are the habits that keep it from happening.

On schedule

We commit to dates and communicate early when anything threatens them — before it becomes your problem.

Subfloor assessed first

Every job starts with a documented look at the substrate: flatness, moisture, damage. You see what we found and what we recommend.

Manufacturer specs, followed

Acclimation, adhesives, expansion gaps, moisture limits. We read the spec and apply it, because that is what protects the warranty.

One point of contact

A project manager who answers, not a phone tree. Questions get answers on the same business day.

Clean handover

A final walk-through, a punch list closed out, and a space left ready for the next trade or the client.

We come back

If something isn't right after we leave, we return and fix it. Our reputation is built one floor at a time.

How we work together

Four steps, all in writing.

  1. 01

    Send us the scope

Plans, a spec sheet or just a description. We review it and ask the right questions up front.

  2. 02

    Site walk & written proposal

We assess the substrate on-site and put a clear scope and price in writing. Floor prep is assessed and priced separately, and nothing starts without your approval.

  3. 03

    Installation

A coordinated crew installs to the manufacturer's specifications, on the agreed schedule.

  4. 04

    Walk-through & closeout

We inspect the work with you, close the punch list and hand over care instructions for the finished floor.

What we install

Residential and light-commercial flooring.

Six materials, plus the work around them. Each has its own guide so your team can see how we approach it before we ever talk.

  • Self-leveling & subfloor prep
  • Staircase installation
  • Baseboard & shoe molding
  • Flooring repairs
